Did you know that 61% of baby boomers would want to work after their formal retirement? This finding is also evident in the Babson College report as it revealed that 51% of small businesses are owned by people over the age of 50.

Today's guest is Paul Tasner. Paul is the CEO of PulpWorks, Inc., a company that designs and manufactures biodegradable packaging for consumer goods. Paul is also the co-founder of Sort Inc. Paul has a unique thing about entrepreneurship and he highly encourages everyone to watch his TED Talk on how he became an entrepreneur at age 66.
